Our DNA Laboratory is accredited by the American Association of Blood Banks (AABB), by the United States Department of Health and Human Services (CLIA), and by the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH).

Our laboratory continuously participates in blind external proficiency testing programs issued by the AABB and by the College of the American Pathologists (CAP), as part of the laboratory's quality control and quality assurance program. Under the accreditation programs of these national organizations, the laboratory regularly undergoes comprehensive and in-depth inspections to demonstrate stringent quality standards for operations, management, employees, procedures, instruments, physical plant, and security procedures
